Mrs. Shao has been in the ABA field over 18 years. After Graduated from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona, She acquired her Master degree with a major in psychology in University of Nevada at Reno specialized in the filed of applied behavior analysis. She became Board certified Behavior Analyst on January 2011. Her passion is to love and care the Children with special need and struggling parents who doesn't know how to deal with their own loving child with special need. Her unique strength is to apply innovative and inspiring treatment plan to facilitate Children with special need to reach their daily goal and eventually can live independently.
